It is scored for 2 oboes, bassoon, 2 horns, strings and continuo, with a solo cello part in the slow movement.〔Landon (1955): 640. "2 ob., 2 cor. (B flat, prob. ''alto''), str. (fag., cemb. ); vcl. obl. in Andante."〕 It is in three movements:
#Allegro, 3/4
#Andante in E-flat major, 2/4
#Allegro or Presto, 6/8
